Complete beginner? Absolutely. Most of my students start with little or no pastry experience — patience matters far more than skill, and you'll be guided at every step.

Children? I recommend ages 14 and up, as the hand movements are precise. But if your child is crafty and loves working with their hands, email me and we'll find an option — you know them best.

Gifts? Yes — gift certificates are available for any class, and the recipient can pick the date that suits them best. A lovely way to share a class with someone.

Dietary needs? Yes. If a recipe isn't already vegan or allergen-free, I can offer substitutes — just let me know in advance so I can prepare your lesson around you.
