What to expect
Small groups. Just a handful of students per workshop, so there is room to spread out, real time for individual feedback — and space for your questions.
Everything included. All ingredients and tools are provided, along with printed recipes and the sweets you make to take home — bring a box to carry them safely.
Tea and sharing. A Japanese tea service runs through the class, with sweets to share while we work — a quiet pause in the middle of the making.
