Group Class: Single Ticket

Individual Lesson: "Plus One" Ticket

Bonjour — I'm Emilie
Emilie, demonstrating mochi with Taiwanese baking studentsI was born in Paris, to a Japanese mother and a French father, and grew up between the two kitchens. After a pastry degree in France and years in French and Japanese pâtisseries — including five learning the art of wagashi in Paris — I now teach Japanese pastry here in London.
